Picture of Health features artworks that embody, illustrate, or otherwise express concepts of physical, spiritual and mental well-being, addressing the question, “What is your picture of health?”

Jurors for Picture of Health were nationally exhibited artist Bunny Burson; Sarah Colby, artist and Arts + Healthcare Program Coordinator, The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital; and Jennifer Arvin, Director of Communications & Marketing, Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Tranquility is a new art exhibition presented by Art Saint Louis, in partnership with Barnes-Jewish Hospital. This is the third and final exhibit in a series of exhibitions bringing visual arts to the South Lobby of Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The exhibit features artworks that evoke ideas of serenity, peace, stillness, resolve, or contentment. This new exhibition was preceded at Barnes-Jewish Hospital by two exhibitions titled Picture of Health, and Joy.
