Calls for Entries

Membership is not a pre-requisite for submission of artworks or acceptance in to any Art Saint Louis juried exhibition. The majority of exhibits are juried from actual artwork, although several shows are juried by .JPEGs on CD.

Due to the high costs of printing, paper & mailing, Art Saint Louis has gone paperless. This means that all entry forms are now only available by download from this page or by e-mail (by request). So bookmark this page and check back often.

Art Saint Louis maintains a mailing list database and we will gladly add your name to that so that you can receive entry forms & show notifications by e-mail. The deadline for entries on Food, Glorious Food is 5 p.m. February 24, 2012. Complete rules of entry are on the entry form. Artworks not to exceed 14" longest dimension. NO late entries accepted. February 24 is the deadline, this is not a postmark deadline--all entries must be received by Art Saint Louis by this date. Mail entries BEFORE February 24. VOLUNTEERING: All exhibiting artists are required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours (per artwork selected) of time and/or work to the production of all Art Saint Louis exhibits OR artists may buy-out their volunteer time at $5/hour. As a non-profit organization, Art Saint Louis relies on volunteer assistance to help operate the gallery and present our exhibitions. All cash or in-kind goods or services and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. Obligation does not apply to the biennial "Fiber Focus" exhibit.

If you are unable to download entry forms or do not have access to a printer, we will gladly print out and mail you a paper copy.
