Signs of Time
January 21 – February
28, 2008
This multi-media exhibit presented artworks by 53 St. Louis regional artists from Missouri and Illinois. The 55 artworks in the exhibition explored real, cultural or symbolic depictions of the passage of time—past, present, future or any combinations in between. Juried by aritst Kim Mosley, Former Professor of Art, Dean of Liberal Arts, St. Louis Community College Florissant Valley.
Honor Awards 2008

This multi-media curated exhibition featured recent works by ten Award of Excellence recipients from Art Saint Louis' 2007 juried exhibition season. Curated by St. Louis artist James M. Smith.
Varsity Art XII
March 17 – April 24, 2008
Annual group exhibition curated by art faculties from 14 regional colleges and universities. Each institution selects one or two outstanding art students to exhibit up to two artworks in this annual multi-media show. Presented as a collaborative project, the 27 participating students worked together on all aspects of the exhibition.
Patterns and Pixels
June 9 - July 24, 2008
Inaugural exhibit in our NEW Gallery at 555 Washington Avenue, #150, downtown St. Louis. For this multi-media exhibition, artists in the St. Louis regiona were asked to submit artworks that "explore the complexity of form and shapes that can be created by pattern, repetition and rhythm—from Mother Nature to the Computer Age." Juried by artists Mark Douglas, Professor of Art, Fontbonne University, St. Louis, MO, and Kenneth Anderson, Professor of Art, University of Missouri-St. Louis. This exhibit will feature 46 artworks by 42 Missouri & Illinois artists.
Traveling Exhibition
During August 2008, portions of the Patterns and Pixels exhibition will be presented at The Heights, Richmond Heights, MO.
America the Beautiful and Beyond
August 11 – October 9, 2008
Artworks that examine life in America through our diverse inhabitants, culture, environments & politics. Works that focus on America-the good, bad and the ugly. All media juried exhibit. Multi-media juried exhibit open to artists 21+ residing in St. Louis region & 200 mile radius. Juried from actual artwork, limit 2 original works created 2006-2008. Juried by Roseann Weiss, Director of Community Art Programs & Public Art Initiatives, Regional Arts Commission and Brian Purlee, Production Director, The Black Repertory Theater, St. Louis. Postmark deadline for entry form/fee: July 19, 2008. Deliver work for jurying: July 25-26, 2008.

Art St. Louis XXIV, The Exhibition

Our 24th annual non-thematic multi-media juried exhibit is open to artists 21+ residing in the St. Louis region & 200 mile radius. Original works in all themes and styles created 2006-2008. Juried by jpegs on CD. Juror: tba. Postmark deadline for entries: September 5, 2008.

Human Nature - His/Hers

Works that address the nature of men & women--their relationships, the stereotypes, gender traits & cultural assumptions from young to old. Multi-media juried exhibit open to artists 21+ residing in St. Louis region & 200 mile radius. Juried from actual artwork, limit 2 original works created 2006-2009. Juried by Bruno David, owner, Bruno David Gallery, St. Louis, and artist Lindsey Stouffer, St. Louis.
